Program

True Labs Account Alerts is a text message program run by True Labs LLC. It sends account-related messages to people who have opted in. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

Messages you will receive

• One-time passcodes to sign in to your True Labs account
• Account security alerts, such as a new sign-in or a password change
• Status updates on samples you submit for testing, such as sample received and report ready

How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the unchecked consent box on our Text Alerts page. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive messages when you sign in, when there is a security event on your account, or when there is an update about your account.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also email us at [email protected] to opt out. To rejoin, opt in again on the Text Alerts page.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US carriers and may change.

Privacy
