We started True Labs because we couldn't find a supplier we trusted.
Most research material suppliers will sell you a compound and hand you a Certificate of Analysis. The problem is, a lot of those certificates are just templates with numbers filled in. No method listed. No third-party verification. No way to know if the data is real.
We built True Labs to fix that. Every compound we ship comes with HPLC data from the actual batch — not a reference batch from six months ago. Our third-party testing is done by ISO 17025 accredited labs, and we publish the method, the instrument, and the date.
We're a small team operating out of Sheridan, Wyoming. We don't have a flashy headquarters or a sales team that calls you every week. What we do have is a process we trust, and clients who keep coming back because the documentation holds up.
What matters to us
Don't fudge the data
If a batch doesn't meet spec, we say so. We'd rather lose a sale than ship something we can't stand behind.
Show your work
Full documentation isn't a premium add-on. It's the baseline. CoA, lot number, method, instrument — every time.
Let someone else check it
We use independent, accredited labs for verification. If we're wrong about something, we want to know before our clients do.

True Labs LLC is incorporated in Wyoming. You can look us up on the Secretary of State's website if you want to verify — that's partly why we chose Wyoming. Everything's public.
